I knew I loved the hair before I bought it. I wanted to be sure. When I got it the packaging was superb and the hair was good quality. I got a short bob wig being skeptical. Next time I’m get 30 inch bust down. It’s summer time it’s too hot for it right now anyway. Love love love.
