Icruise was a stressful nightmare
Icruise was a stressful nightmare. I was told one lie after another. I requested a 10 level central park view. My confirmation indicated a level 11 view. Upon calling I then received a confirmation for cabin 12253. On August 24,2026 I called to receive excursion credit code after stating my cabin 12253 I was told that cabin was not available. I indicated I had received confirmation. I was repeatedly told my confirmed cabin was not available. I was then switched to cabin 12237. Departure is Oct. 4, 2026. Who knows which cabin I will occupy. Of course I received ANOTHER confirmation for cabin 12237. DONT TRUST THEM!!!
