Wonderful customer support!
The Gaomon customer support team made careful steps the team made to ensure there really had been an issue with my tablet product and had appropriate measures taken to test it to locate a problem. When it had indeed been BROKEN they were able to have a new one sent to me for a doable price. Overall my experience had been amazing, and I was always happy to see a response to my ticket and have it all sorted out, this team really puts in effort to sort out problems their customers face and I personally really appreciate that ^^
