Best customer service with Mike from plush beds
I had a great response with a representative from plush beds. Mike answered my email . He was very courteous and respectful. He had detailed explanations of everything to do with the mattress and answered all my questions. Even after a glitch with the payment without hesitation, he called to resolve the issue. Again kind and courteous with every email and phone transaction.
