Draconian Policies and Procedures - worst experience ever
Extremely disappointed with DHgate's handling of this dispute. Despite providing evidence and making every effort to resolve the matter fairly, I was repeatedly encouraged to negotiate further with an uncooperative seller rather than receiving meaningful buyer protection. The process was lengthy, frustrating, and caused unnecessary stress. I was left facing substantial costs because of errors made by the seller, yet no decisive action was taken to ensure a fair outcome. Buyers should not be left out of pocket when goods are supplied incorrectly. Based on this experience, my confidence in DHgate's dispute resolution process has been severely damaged.
