Order Cancellation and Unauthorized Prescription Approval Concern
I ordered Simparica Trio for my two dogs because of the affordable price; however, the process of getting the prescription sent to PetMeds became inconvenient for me to manage. I emailed the Rx Team twice requesting cancellation of my order. On both occasions, I received responses confirming my order had been cancelled as requested. Two days ago I received an email stating the prescriptions were approved by my veterinarian, who actually never made any approval call regarding this order. I contacted customer service and was informed that my order had never been cancelled. The representative sent me a link to print a return label, but the link does not show the label to print anything. At this time, I am out over $270 and will be receiving an order that I clearly requested to cancel multiple times.
