Definitely not the best service...
(1) Etoren was not in any hurry to send the pre-ordered item to me - in spite of the item's being already in stock - until I made some noise on this delay, whereafter the item was shipped immediately. (2) Etoren.eu is positioning themselves as a shop for EU countries. Nevertheless they've sent me the item with UK (3-pin) charger instead of the EU (2-pin) one. In reply to my mail complaining about this obvious error they have sent me a reply suggesting that I buy a suitable adapter instead. Thanks for suggestion, guys! Without same I wouldn't have any clue what to do in this situation!
