Purchased the entire cookware set, not cheap. The dome lid on the large wok had a defect and wouldn't fit properly or at all really. I sent a video to the warranty dept about 3:30pm and by 4:50pm had a reply from HexClad that a replacement was on its way. I am thrilled at the excellent customer service, how fast I received a response and how easy it was to contact the manufacturer. I will be a HexClad customer forever and will be gifting HexClad to my kids for Christmas...Thank you HexClad!
