B+D has the most horrible customer…
B+D has the most horrible customer service. My A/C broke, that was only 3 days old and to get a replacement. I had to wait a week for a RGA then, they say, I need to wait another 3 weeks for a replacement. I paid extra for a B+D as to have better quality and better service. Neither I have received.
