I had a good customer service experience - dresses are lovely!
I can't fault their customer service, unfortunately our postman decided to put the dresses I ordered in the bin and not inform us so they were taken to the tip! Cicinia remade the dresses for me, used a different delivery company, informed me on the day they were going to be delivered! Only one of my bridemaids has been able to try it on but she looks amazing! can't wait to see the others in theirs. I've ordered my 3rd dress so hopefully we have a great experience as the first time. Thank you for remaking the lost dresses (postmans fault not Cicinia!)
