Overpriced tickets & canceled reservations (without an explanation), along with no notification of train schedule change
In 1/24, I booked 3 seats on a train from Oslo to Stockholm. In late May, I was notified that those seats were no longer available (but was given no reason) and a choice to rebook for one week later. That didn't work in our schedule, so I requested a refund. The full refund appeared on my credit card one week later, thank goodness! Then, in early 4/24, I booked 3 seats on a train from Stockholm to Copenhagen. After the above experience, I was concerned whether that reservation would be cancelled, so I booked flights as a backup. The good news is that our train reservations weren't cancelled. However, we weren't notified that we'd need to change trains in Malmo. (Luckily, another passenger had received notification from her travel agent and she shared that information with me as we boarded the train.) The trip took longer. After the first situation, I researched Rail Ninja and read many comments from unhappy customers. Considering the stress that I experienced, I will never use Rail Ninja again; and, should someone ask me about Rail Ninja, I will strongly suggest that they book directly with the train company!!!
