Ordering straightforward even sped through my wholesale account so that I could purchase the same day. Very helpful on the phone. When my order came through 3 of the vases were smashed. I explained that I needed them for the following day and so they arranged express delivery for replacements whilst I was on the phone. Goods came the next day Excellent service.
