Display seat location plan before booking
The seat location plan was not displayed before booking the ticket. We are now stuck with separate rather than adjacent seats, let alone at lease one window seat. This journey is once in a lifetime one for us, going there from the US, for my wife’s 75th and my 80th birthday 😩
