Kenny L. was great to work with in re-issuing an ACH deposit after I missed my certified mail check delivery. I'm writing this in good faith that in the next 13 days I receive my funds directly to my account. Overall, requesting a loan was simple, Kenny was patient and able to go one step above my expectations with an ACH deposit instead of snail mail.
