Flight Confirmation
It was easy to book online. I had found 2 different tickets, one that was a red eye and arriving the next morning and one that left very early, almost 2am arriving the same day so, that made for 2 different departure dates. Both had a cheaper price listed that was only available by phone. I tried called multiple times and of course, they were busy. The recording said you could email, so I did. I never got a response either way. I fell asleep (it was the middle of the night by this time). Then woke up in a panic because I know flights change quickly and sure enough the evening flights changed by some hundreds of dollars. The early morning flight was the same price I previously saw so, I booked it! I receive an email confirmation that my booking is in progress. Exactly 8 hrs later, I received a phone stating economy was booked for part of the leg and they needed to move me. I told them to get to the point, how much? So, I paid the difference because at this point everything else was set. I'm glad that I was able to keep the same flight, not so happy that I had to pay any difference. I wish there was a quicker turn around or just a way to know when booking. I get that it's a third party, but everything is digital so, the flight shouldn't be available to click on if it's no longer an option.
