Don't book through flight mojo, even after the carrier (Spice jet) cancelled the fight, they refunded 50% amount only for the cancelled flight and 100% for the return flight. The reason they gave was flight is cancelled by the carrier and the return fight is flying as per schedule. If I had to cancel the one side journey how am I supposed to take return flight??? In similar situation GOIBIBO processed 100% return without any deduction.
⭐ 1 STAR — Extremely Disappointing Experience I booked my SpiceJet flight through FlightMojo. The flight was cancelled by SpiceJet, which was already a frustrating situation. What made the experience even worse was that FlightMojo charged me ₹1,000 as a “convenience fee” even though the cancellation was from the airline’s side and was completely beyond my control.

Deboarded, de-immigration stamp on my passport, flew 8 hrs late, ₹9,019 upgrade lost. Their offer? A discount code. Booking ID 2085863.
Extremely disappointing experience. I strongly advise others to avoid booking with Flights Mojo. I booked international flight tickets for 3 passengers through the Flights Mojo website on 6 July. At the time of booking, the website clearly stated that I would receive my e-tickets within 60 minutes. However, I did not receive them within that timeframe. I immediately contacted their customer service, and I was then told that due to "limited seat availability" with the airline, the ticketing process could take 48–72 hours. I was not prepared to wait that long and repeatedly requested them to expedite the process. What followed was an extremely stressful and frustrating experience. Over the next several days, I contacted customer service multiple times through calls and emails. Each time, I was given a different assurance — that the ticket would be issued by the end of the day, within a few hours, by 11 AM, by 7 PM, or within the next 2 hours. Unfortunately, none of these commitments were fulfilled. The 72-hour timeframe also passed without any ticket being issued. After approximately 125 hours from the time of booking, and after numerous calls, emails, and an enormous amount of stress and frustration, I finally received my tickets at around 11 PM on 11 July. Although I was extremely unhappy with the experience, I was at least relieved that I finally had my tickets. Unfortunately, the problem did not end there. On 21 July — around 10 days after the booking — Flights Mojo contacted me and claimed that my flight had been "suspended" due to an issue with the airline. They then offered connecting flights on completely different dates, despite the fact that my original booking was for a direct international flight for 3 passengers. I was not willing to accept these alternatives because they did not meet my travel requirements. What was even more frustrating was that I could still see the original flight available on the airline's own website. At that point, I had completely lost confidence in Flights Mojo. I requested a refund and explained the enormous stress and inconvenience I had already experienced. With no other practical option, I had to book the same flights directly through the airline's website at a considerably higher cost, resulting in a significant financial loss for me. This entire experience caused me a great deal of mental distress, anxiety, sleepless nights, and financial loss. The repeated assurances and timelines provided by customer service were not fulfilled, and I found the overall communication and handling of my booking extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I am now considering filing an official complaint with the appropriate consumer authorities regarding my experience, the repeated delays and assurances, and the financial loss and distress I have suffered as a result of this entire ordeal. I am sharing my experience so that other travellers can make an informed decision before booking. Based on my personal experience, I will never use Flights Mojo again, and I would strongly advise other travellers to carefully consider their options before booking with this agency. I sincerely hope the company improves its customer service, transparency, and handling of ticketing issues so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

Very bad experience with flight mojo, I suggest to everyone never any kind of booking with flight mojo. I booked a ticket Last month the ticket cancelled by the airlines and then I got my refund after 45 days and they also debited 500/- flight mojo charges. Over all a very bed experience.

Horrific experience with FlightsMojo (Niamy Interactive) & SpiceJet (PNR: ZG2T4D). Original May 1st flight SG121 was cancelled. Without my consent, FlightsMojo rebooked me for May 2nd. They masked this by sending a misleading confirmation email at 1:09 AM—just 3 hours before departure—claiming the flight was still for May 1st. I immediately rejected the unauthorized date change and requested a refund. It has been weeks, and FlightsMojo support completely ghosts emails while copy-pasting standard "awaiting airline response" templates on WhatsApp. Holding a passenger's money after an involuntary change violates DGCA CAR Section 3 rules (14-day mandatory refund window). Avoid this highly unethical agency.

I had a very poor experience with FlightsMojo. I was told that changing my flight would cost 14000 more due to higher fares, so I was advised to cancel. However, the flight was available at a lower price, which clearly shows misleading information was provided. Despite cancelling more than 15 days in advance, I received only ₹1,600 as a refund, even though the taxes alone were higher. This lack of transparency and inconsistency is unacceptable. If you will not resolve my issue properly , I will be forced to escalate this matter further. Not recommended.
Extremely Unprofessional & Unethical – Will Escalate Legally This has been my worst experience with FlightsMojo. My flight was rescheduled by the airline, and I was forced to either accept the new schedule or take a refund. Since the change was not acceptable, I opted for a refund. As per standard aviation rules, when a flight is rescheduled by the airline, the passenger is entitled to a full refund with zero deductions. However, FlightsMojo has wrongfully processed only a partial refund, which is completely unacceptable and appears to be a clear case of unfair trade practice and customer exploitation. Let me be very clear: I did not cancel this ticket voluntarily The refund was forced due to airline rescheduling Therefore, full refund is legally applicable If the remaining amount is not refunded immediately, I will be left with no option but to escalate this matter through: Filing a formal complaint with the DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) Raising a case in the Consumer Court for deficiency in service and unfair practices I will also ensure this issue is highlighted across public platforms so others are aware of such practices. Resolve this immediately or be prepared for legal action. Highly dissatisfied and strongly not recommended.
