The person I communicated with by phone to clarify charges was extremely unprofessional - Paul Henry. He acted annoyed that I had questions about the costs. The changes made, which resulted in questions about charges, happened because of a mistake made by Flight Mojo.

Booked a flight, I wasn’t looking to really save but google flights only gave me a few options to book through and this was on top. Paid and haven’t heard a word. No ticket confirmation, no one answers the 24/7 line, no que to wait on hold, no response from support through email. You can’t even cancel within 24 hours since no one will talk to you and you can’t do anything online besides give them money. Huge Scam, I even paid extra to be able to cancel and change my flight.

They never sent the tickets. I emailed twice and no answer back. The good thing the tickets were ok. Son the main airline sent it to me. But first they told me the agency is supposed to send it
Worst service and awful experience ever!
Worst experience ever! I bought 2 tickets end of September, they cancelled them once, I contacted the airline, they reinstated the tickets. The airline was gonna get control over the reservation, they denied it. They did the same thing again, and JP (I will mention your name) was blaming the airline whereas they might’ve ripped off someone else and sold my tickets to them. Shame on you guys Flights Mojo is scam and please don’t waste your time. I learned my lesson not to book flights via 3rd party. Weirdest, worst, unpleasant and awful experience and service ever!!!

Absolute sham- This outfit "lures" to into thinking you can tickets for a certain price, then you are notified you can't get them for that price, so you are upsold into a more expensive ticket price and poof you are "confirmed"... so the next step in the travel plan is to book your rooms, your rental car and buy tickets for an extremely expensive event(2,500 U.S. dollars only to be notified the next day, after confirmation, that my tickets are no longer confirmed and they can try and get me other tickets which of course will be more, more and more. Screw this place, what they are doing is illegal and the attorney general definitely needs to be aware. Do NOT do business here what so ever. Nothing short of HONORING the confirmed tickets will make this right.
