Doesn't it seem odd that most reviews that praise this company refer to Paul? One person for a booking company this big!? Don't be fooled.
I had a bad feeling after I booked with them. I looked up reviews on other sites and found no positive reviews so I cancelled my card. Now Paul won't leave me alone. He keeps emailing me for payment but I have no confirmation. All the reviews I read said no one will respond by phone or email. Paul sure communicates a lot when he wants payment! Below is the email I responded with. I sent this email for all those customers scammed and frustrated by this company.

I have booked a ticket through your company, and when I went to the airport for travel, they told me that the reservation was canceled from you and you incurred large losses for that. You deducted the ticket from my credit card, which is required now. I wish to return the cancelled ticket and compensate me for the losses I have tried to contact you a lot and no one responds.
I have yet to depart on my flight as I write this. But this was pretty seamless and as soon as I was assigned my PRN, it showed up at the British Airways website. I wasn’t looking for flexibility, I needed specific dates. The prices were great. I would definitely use again.

I booked a flight that was later cancelled due to the B737 MAX 9 door plug incident. Flights Mojo has been completely unresponsive to any method of contact. When trying to contact the airline directly for assistance, they weren't able to find my reservation because Flights Mojo never issued me an e-ticket and the PNR number on the confirmation they sent was invalid. As far as I can tell, Flights Mojo scammed me out a few hundred dollars.

My parents and I recently booked round-trip flights to Spain through FlightsMojo. When we started the booking process, we weren't aware that the booking was only a request, and would have to be confirmed by the agency before our tickets could be issued. The following day, I received an email and call from an agent, informing me that the individual ticket price had increased by about $300 to $400 overnight.
When I asked if the reservation could be put on hold while I compared flight prices, the agent became agitated and promised me that their rate was the best available on the internet. I insisted on comparing prices before finalizing my booking, and the agent grew increasingly agitated, to the point of talking over me. Suddenly, a lower price was magically available, and the overall cost was lowered at two different points in the conversation. According to the agent, the company would "absorb the cost" to make this possible. Eventually, the ticket was $150 more than the original price that I had requested to book.
In the end, I cancelled my reservation. Contrary to what the agent told me, I did find a better price (though still not quite a low as the original). It's possible that the cost of the ticket had genuinely been increased by the airline overnight (flights prices are on a constant rollercoaster), but the agent's handling of things and their seemingly-desperate behavior turned me off, to the point that I was no longer interested in dealing with their company.
Even if FlightsMojo isn't running a racket, I feel that their customer service leaves much to be desired, and they should aim to be as transparent as possible with their clients.
Hi, I have faced this issue for the first time in my fight journey. They are a group of 2-3 people who distribute the call among themselves. As soon as you book tickets they won't give you confirmed tickets. They used to charge extra money to give you confirmed ticket. It is a scam and don’t know why these companies like “Skyscanner” are allowing these scammer consultants to do business over their platform. I hope there are some other companies there like this.
