Dont book via them, bunch of cheats. I booked a ticket from bombay to delhi via their wbesite on premium economy and paid in full for the amount mentioned. however, to my shock, while web check in, i realised that the agent has booked my on economy instead of premium economy and has charged me for economy fare. there was no commnucation by them whatsoever and while i called them to ask for the reasons, the chose to be ignorant and citied the airlines fault and their systems for this error and then mentioned that we will refund the excess amount charged. i am in a state of shock on the practices deployed by this website, so kindly avoid them at all costs

This is a SHODDY business that deals in FRAUD. They offer cheaper ticket by doing booking mostly with Spicejet and do not give any flight details until 24 hours before the flight. Do not book flight from them to lose your peace of mind just for petty saving from ticket. One spending 6000-7000 and saving hardly 500-1000 rupees by booking with them go through below: 1. Terms and conditions says they will not refund money under any circumstances, even if flight service provider cancel the flight. 2. No change in flight date /time allowed and all money will go away. No refund. 3. Spicejet works in tendum with this company to delay flights, cancel flights and both make money. With this company policy, Spicejet can get away from any legal obligation. 4. Frequent delays are in flight, AC switched off during flight and switched on for few mins and again switched off.

Flightmojo's Lack of Transparency with Group Bookings
I recently booked a flight from Hyderabad to Delhi through Flightmojo. After I paid the full amount, they sent me a PDF indicating that the ticket was "Ticketed" and not "Confirmed". This caused me to panic, so I contacted their customer care. They explained that I had booked a ticket through a group fare and assured me that they would update my name 12 hours before the flight. In reality, they updated it 48 hours before the flight. They also mentioned that in their company language, "Ticketed" means "Confirmed". My concern is simple: if they are making a group booking, they should ask for confirmation before proceeding. Their senior executive claimed that they had shown a popup, but it didn't appear on my screen. Despite this, the customer care is good and everything else is fine. The only issue is that they should mention that they are booking into a group fare.

Bad experience on flight booking
We had booked flights for Mumbai to Bagdogra through flights Mojo on 30 April 5:35 Am on Spice jet on 29 April evening Flight Mojo messages that flights are cancelled. They are not available on the phone nor any one helps we end up making alternate arrangements and paying more. Than through spice jet help line we cancel the tickets on 29 April night. Spice has said they have processed the refund on 1 May to Flights Mojo and today is 10 may we have still not received our money. We have been following up with flights mojo but they say another 7 days. This is just not done. A real bad service from them.

Hey @Flights Mojo, I'm in a serious bind here! 😩 I mistakenly booked 2 flight tickets from Delhi to Pune for 6th May 2024 (PNR: DE4TKT), but I need it for 17th May 2024. I've been trying to reach you via email and customer support for 15 hours now with no response. Can someone please help me out?
