They book some group booking for my tickets. Amount paid and we receive ticket without PNR number. Travel date closing by and customer care do not answer. Clause tell us it’s 100% confirmed non refundable ticket. But how do I travel without PNR. And the Claus says if ticket not confirmed 100% refund . Customer care do not answer calls. Too bad

Extremely bad experience , my executive was Rahul he didn’t help me , i am not even sure that his real name was rahul or not because he didn’t gave me his last name . Flight mojo company is big scam company never book any flight. I book the air ticket on 20 feb 2024 and 21 feb airlines confirm the flight is cancelled then I call mojo customer service I can say to him cancel my booking. They say ok we will refund within 6 to 8 days. Now they are saying your flight resudule after 2 hr now they r not refund me Rs 15847 rupees. Now I lose my this amount freely. What is my felt. Tell me

Don't trust the many five star reviews written by people who have only ever given 1 review on this platform. At best these guys are just slow, unresponsive and unprofessional. At worst, this is a con and a scam. I decided to cancel my credit card based on my interactions with them.
Fraudulent, do not book flights with this website, I paid 5000, I booked accidentally on a diff day, I asked them to reschedule, they didn't and for refund I got 1450, very fraud, and the customer care, people are very bad service....
I booked a ticket with them. They charged my credit card. I got a booking confirmation, but never got my actual tickets. I tried calling and not 1 single time did anyone answer the phone. I was told by a recording to call later because everyone was busy, not even asking me to hold on line (are you for real?, this happened more than 10 times). I messaged the airline with which my ticket had been booked. They said that they indeed had a reservation created by flightmojo, but they never paid for the tickets so they were cancelled. Why did they charge me if not to pay the tickets? I sent email and got obviously no response back. Also very weird that they're rated as the worst on every website, but they have 4/5 stars here? Right, nothing suspicious.
I had to get an International flight in short notice. Rick was really helpful to help me out with my requirements. It was really smooth and I got much cheaper price than any other online airlines/agencies.
