This was the first time I have booked my ticket from this website and about my experience more than worst they are not even professional to help and their supervisor Ashish very rude they are working in customer service they should be flexible with the customer. I have booked individual flight that put my pnr with more 40 passengers pnr. And they can’t help the passengers to amend their tickets if do care only about commissions. Just a friendly advice to all don’t use this kind of agencies just to save 2k or 3k book directly with airline website or well known agencies not this kind of frauds who even don’t know how to work in customer service.
Worst possible service you can use to book a flight
I booked a flight and paid extra for a cancellation add-on, assuming I would be covered in case of an emergency. I did not check the terms at the time and went ahead with the purchase.
Around that period, I was diagnosed with hepatitis. I expected to recover before my travel date, but unfortunately I did not. Because of this, I had to cancel my flight.
When I requested a refund, expecting it to be covered under the add-on, I was told it was not eligible. The reason given was that my medical prescription was dated before the flight booking, so they refused to honor the cancellation benefit.
This effectively made my ₹15,000 ticket non-refundable, despite paying extra for protection. On top of that, the customer service response was completely unempathetic and dismissive.

Extremely poor experience with FlightsMojo while booking my BLR to Goa flight.
First, there was a small typo in my last name (one missing letter). Instead of helping proactively, they initially did not issue the ticket but still charged me. Later the ticket was issued after follow-ups, causing unnecessary stress and confusion.
Then the flight itself got cancelled, and I was hardly given any proper alternative options or support.
Most concerning — my refund is STILL not processed even after more than 15 working days. Despite repeated follow-ups, I keep receiving only assurances and promises with no actual resolution.
This level of service is unacceptable for a travel booking platform. Customers should not have to chase their own money like this.
If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate the matter further through consumer grievance platforms and aviation authorities.
Very disappointed and frustrated with this experience.

I just booked a flight of 2295$. Immediately I get a call from rick white saying the flight doesn’t have seats available. Your booking isn’t confirmed yet. Nevertheless he calls me again and tells me to pay 200$ more. When I refused and asked to cancel he agreed upon and again he calls up saying he spoke to his supervisor and that he gave a concession. I still went ahead and asked for a refund and cancel as this whole thing seemed a scam. I can share the screenshots and emails and chats. And voice recording.

1. Just one day before departure, they informed us that our flight was cancelled without providing any alternative option or support.
This last-minute intimation completely disrupted our travel plans.Despite repeated attempts, their customer support was unreachable. Calls were never answered, and emails were completely ignored. This lack of communication is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, I later discovered that FlightsMojo had confirmed our booking on a flight that was already cancelled.
This raises serious concerns about their internal processes and accountability.
Overall, this felt like a clear-cut case of fraud and mismanagement. Customers trust platforms like these for smooth travel planning, but this experience was the exact opposite.

Flightmojo fraud and all scam
Very bad experience with Flightmojo. I paid ₹2,34,576 for tickets for my wife, parents, and my 3-month-old baby.
They wrongly charged me for the infant and also failed to book a bassinet seat even after being informed that we were travelling with a 3-month-old baby. Because of this mistake, my wife is now struggling during the flight with the baby.
This level of negligence is unacceptable after paying such a large amount.
I strongly advise others: Do not book with this agent. Very poor service and a terrible experience.

Very bad experience with FlightsMojo
I booked a ticket through FlightsMojo (Booking Reference No: 1696026). As per DGCA rules, if the flight departure is more than 7 days away, cancellation within 24 hours should be allowed without penalty. I cancelled the ticket well within 24 hours.
However, when I contacted Air India Express, they informed me that:
• The booking was shown as made only 2 days earlier (which is incorrect), and
• It was marked as a group booking, due to which they said it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
This information was never disclosed at the time of booking. I booked a normal individual ticket, not a group booking. Due to FlightsMojo’s incorrect booking classification and lack of transparency, I am now being denied a refund despite fully complying with DGCA cancellation rules.
I strongly do not recommend FlightsMojo because of misleading booking details, poor coordination with the airline, and unsatisfactory customer support. Please be extremely cautious before booking through this platform.

I booked a flight with Flightsmojo on 12 July 2025 at night around 8:30 PM. After booking, I got a little confused because my bag details were not clear in the ticket email. I was worried if I could carry my luggage or not.
So I messaged their customer support on WhatsApp the same night. They replied in about 20 minutes and explained everything clearly. They also sent me an updated ticket with the correct baggage information. I did not have to pay extra money and my trip went fine.
From this, I learned to always check bag rules and payment details before final booking. But overall, the support helped me quickly and my experience turned out good and smooth.

Worst experience, never book from them, it’s been 72 hours and I have not received refund , I booked from Skyscanner through them and the amount of 13,115 got debited, later they said they don’t have availablity and will refund the amount. They haven’t refunded the amount yet in 72 hours, I need to book another flight but unable to because they are not refunding the amount. Total scam guys.

I booked a flight for my son on 20 December 2025 from Bengaluru to Delhi (Booking ID: 1579516). I paid an additional amount to opt for a refundable ticket, including a Trip Shield add-on of ₹996, which allowed cancellation up to 48 hours prior to departure.
Due to an unexpected exam rescheduling by the university, the ticket had to be cancelled. My son is pursuing B.Tech in Bengaluru, and his exam, originally scheduled for 20 December, was rescheduled at the last minute to 22nd and 23rd December 2025. I cancelled the ticket on 15 December 2025, well within the cancellation window, and also shared the official university email as supporting evidence.
Despite this, my cancellation request was not processed. I contacted customer care multiple times, waiting 40–50 minutes each time, only to be told repeatedly that the verification team was still reviewing the documents. During a recent call, a customer service executive informed me that the cancellation had already been rejected on 15 December by a team member named Monica Kandari, without any explanation. When I asked for the reason, the response was unclear and the blame was shifted to the airline, citing a vague group booking issue.
As a student family, every rupee matters, and it is extremely disappointing to see such a lack of accountability from Flights Mojo. Experiences like this make it clear why booking through reliable and transparent platforms is so important.
The Trip Shield add-on is prominently displayed during booking and presented as a benefit, creating a false sense of security. In reality, it offers no real protection and feels like nothing more than early access to your own money, if at all. This is a classic example of misleading design and dark patterns used to manipulate customers.
The website itself is a basic booking portal with no added value, no reliability, and no trustworthy customer support.
Never again.

Please dont use Flight Mojo, i booked my Flight, from Pune to Delhi and had to cancel it due to Death in my Family.
I got no response from Customer Service as i tried to cancel my Ticket and i had also added travel insurance to my Ticket.No refund was provided. They used So Called Group booling to book my Ticket. And appraltey cancelation is Impossible. They say contact Airline and Airline Says contact Who booked the Ticket. Never again.
