Issue with my Ricoh DTG machine.
I had the pleasure of talking with a gentleman by the name of Eduardo Crespo Razo from Ricoh. I was having an issue with my Ricoh DTG machine, and Eduardo took the time to help me try to resolve my issue. He was very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable.
