I spoke with customer service representative Trixie today and got excellent service and she answered my question and reassured me about my shipment coming on time as expected. She helped me with my husband‘s account as well. He was here and gave her permission to discuss it with me. We have always always gotten excellent service from whoever we talk to it DIRECT MEDS. I’m very pleased with the service and the product.
