I bought it as a gift for a friend and really liked that the service sends reminders about delivery dates and upcoming charges — there’s nothing you need to remember yourself. When I no longer needed the subscription, I just logged into my account and canceled it. Very convenient. Customer support is responsive and polite — which is rare these days. I'm happy with the experience.
