All I want for x-mas are my two bobo watches 😖
Bought 2 watches for Christmas gifts at the beginning of last December (2024). Have not yet arrived and the local courier has NOT received them. We even paid an extra $40 for expedited shipping, so that's also a loss. As of now, about $200 flushed down the toilet. NO RESPONSE FROM BOBO BIRD SO FAR. 👎🏼 TERRIBLE/NO customer service. Buyers beware. UPDATE::: 3 months later we located our watches at customs. They claimed they were flagged for being tagged "wood" watches, which is odd because I've literally ordered large pieces made of WOOD online in the past without issue and these were just tiny watches with a little wood. 🤣 The watches are awesome but Bobo still NEVER replied to our original enquiry when they went missing. So still be careful if you choose Bobo as you won't get any help from their end if your items are lost. And maybe if you're in Canada tell them not to mention the word "wood" on the package(?). Or just only order (wood)watches within your country. 🤷🏻♂️
