Micas responds as long as it suits them. They say they send you a no postage return label if you live in the US. But when you’re trying to return on their app. You can’t get through. I’ve e-mailed them many times. They answer. But not to your satisfaction. They would have had more business from me had they’ve treated me right
I purchased a headband wig, but when I received it, the inside cap did not fit my head size. I loved the hair on the wig, but I can’t keep something that does not fit. Anyway, there’s a 30 day return policy. I contacted the company via e-mail and have not received an answer for a refund or exchange. But I’m not surprised, I’m always having problems with buying from Asian companies. They never want to refund your money. They much rather ignore you.
