Two words to describe creality "Dog shit" spent a thousand pounds on 2 scanners and nothing works with windows 11 and out of 3 other windows 10 machines only worked with One. Your software is not user friendly and has no work arounds to fix problems that you shouldn't have in the first place. Customer service wants your whole life history before even being able to email them. Creality looks like a another scam company from China ,makes things look nice but getting them to work forget about it. Avoid this trash and spend your money else where. And if a rep from creality wants to talk to me about this do it at your own peril because I won't be polite about this

Customer service the worst I've come across period
Customer service? What customer service! There is none as far as I can tell. When they can be bothered to answer an email it's just to kick the problem further into the weeds, no resolve, no help! They have an online customer chat with nobody on the other end. Lucky the printer I ordered works and got delivered eventually. The rest of my order of filament and the qidibox, who knows? Qidi certainly don't or couldn't care less. Our print farm will be using anyone else other than qidi going forward. It's bad for business having to chase around this incompetence.. Update 24/10/25 still nothing from this lot. A swift resolution You say? Lies you have resolved nothing and I'm still having to chase you....if you hope I will change anything what is said here, you are wrong! 16/10/25 still haven't done anything other than email me over a month later saying send the filament back and you can have a refund, Erm you are way to late the filament has been used. So zero resolution and the sales crap you replied to this with is just lies, because you haven't fixed nothing. Avoid avoid avoid
