They simply refused to refund the charge.! "Regarding your refund request, I’m sorry, but we’re unable to issue a refund for this payment. We follow a strict no-refund policy for processed subscription payments, including renewal charges." Apparently, their “strict no-refund policy” is more important than customer satisfaction. Like I said before: don’t do business with this company. keep away.!!!
