Get a clue, your company is not going to be without fault either. Most established and long-time businesses get it. You should too. So, guess what? It's called human error! Be honest, take ownership! As a business practice, please, always send customers the EXACT PICTURED ITEMS displayed and detailed. Ship and honor returns timely and respectfully.
