I wasn’t offered cancellation protection. In the email I got after reserving it was I declined it. I didn’t! I asked for cancellation protection and was told there was none. I Was told if I booked it was non refundable and if I didn’t book the rates would go higher. Terrible service. When I can book on booking.com and cancel 48 hours in advance for full refund. Will never use your service again. Horrible
