Please avoid! This is a scam company. Send you a totally wrong colour and to get any kind of refund you have to pay £20 to send it back THEN you have to lose 20% of the refund for their ‘fees’ but it gets worse and here comes the scam….they say oh you have to pay customs. So basically you either fork out another £40 to get what is now £10 back OR you don’t pay the customs and you’ve basically spent postage for absolutely nothing and you’ve given the hair back
