Weird selling things that are not in their possesion
Bought some train tickets for a trip. About 14 hours before the actual trip, contacted costumer service since the tickets didn't appear in the mail immediately. Costumer service was quick to respond and help out, however they cancelled the whole thing since they were not able to get the actual tickets. The tickets were sold out on the site of the train company but Rail Ninja apparently still had some. In the end they didn't have any tickets and were just selling something they didn't have. Did get the option for a full refund tho, waiting on that now. Takes about 2 weeks so might update then. Edit: gotten the refund from Rail Ninja
