Very bad experience with trying to get…
Very bad experience with trying to get a refund for a faulty product for €196 ( 2 outdoor solar charged garden lamp). They refuse to refund, and ask me to use a credit note instead. They then ask me to pay an additionaly €60 for postage of the the replacement light fixture. Still unresolved, and not refunded either.
