They had my package in my city
They had my package in my city, out for delivery on Monday, Feb 3. The website hadn’t updated, so I called to see where it was. They told me it would be delivered that day. It wasn’t. So I called again in the morning…they said it was now “in transit”. I waited and called again today. It is now out for delivery ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTRY IN A TOTALLY DIFFERENT CITY. They keep hanging up, or making childish noises and then hanging up. They refuse to acknowledge this, or rectify it. In fact, at this point it feels deliberately malicious.This is the GROSSEST example of unprofessional behaviour I have ever witnessed in 30 years of working in retail sales and customer service. This company should not be allowed to operate in Canada.
