Bad Leads
I have been a client of Thumbtack over the past 6 years. Everything was great at the beginning up until 2025-2026. The leads are horrible now and nonresponsive and if you were charged for a lead that doesn't meet your criteria they will not provide you with a refund. You are left with paying for a nonperforming lead. I had an incorrect pricing entry on one of my reviews, that my client didn't enter, and when I asked for it to be removed by Thumbtack. They denied the request.
