What a absolute joke this rail system…
What a absolute joke this rail system is....bought 2 tickets to go from France to Luzern...Rail Ninja took the funds out right away for out journey yet 24hrs later we still hadn't received our ticket or any information...when I contacted then through the app all they said was sorry that train is no longer available our customer support are awaiting your reply to the email we have sent which they hadn't sent anything so in desperation we had to book a flight as we had no trust in rail ninja..I would recommend people look for other alternatives as rail ninja is not reliable or concerned about your issue
