E Sim average - company terrible…
The E Sim itself worked as expected in Vietnam but was not too good in Thailand - I got by on WiFi mostly over there. Then I wanted some basic information but had issues logging in because my registered Email address was out of commission and I couldn't login. There were so many ways I could identify myself but I just got flat batted by Airalo who provided nil assistance. They continued their mind numbing 'we haven't heard from you for an hour" garbage emails (to another address) and whatsapp and this company is just garbage for mine. I just deleted the service and purchased another Esim. Never again.
