Expensive, but they stand behind their products
I've bought 6 helmets, 8 lights, and a bunch of accessories from Lumos, and they've always stood behind their product. Any time I've had an issue, I've sent a video in, and they've replaced the product, no questions asked. No "sounds like user error" or "have you tried..." - they just fix the problem. Last week I reported an issue at 10pm and woke up to a shipping notification from 12:50am the next day, that they had already shipped a replacement.
