Can't access the games I paid for
I opened tickets HT-2FQ9-CY9F-355R and HT-VJ6D-N8HJ-BRCP, and I still can’t access the games I paid Steam/Valve for. I changed my email address, and Steam Support will not allow me to update the email on my account unless I can produce a CD key that I no longer have. I don’t know whether they're so stupid they’re hoping I’ll repurchase games I already paid for, or if they’re just too lazy to use an alternate method to verify my identity. Either way, I’m done with Steam/Valve. Is Microsoft still affiliated with them? If so, I’m doubly disappointed.
