Patrick! Thank you so much for your kindness in helping me with my return, explaining the return process to me and sending my return label while I was on the phone. I bought the C7 because I have arthritis in my SI joint, bursitis in my hip and recovering from a bone infection in my spine. Even though this particular chair didn't work for me the ease of putting it together and even returning it was amazing!!! I will still recommend this company because customer service is EVERYTHING!
