Never received item I paid for.
Update: Finally received my order after emailing multiple times and requesting a refund after waiting so long. They had trouble delivering my product and didn’t contact but me but just sent it back to the warehouse. I will not order from Presentgivers again! I ordered an item 4 weeks ago and I still have not received my item. I emailed the company saying I never received the item and couldn't follow the tracking either. I was told it would be to my shipping address in a few days, but it still never arrived. I was looking forward to giving this item to my daughter. Disappointing
