I want to be fair to this company and yet. They overpromised in their advertising and have a very high price point. I purchased an L4 and a chute for it. It just didn’t work for my cats, clumping litter kept getting stuck on the top and hard to clean areas. When I called customer service and they said to rinse it out with a hose. I live in an apt building, and it took hours to clean it in my bathtub. One of my cats is a high peer and he hated it when the stalagmites of litter hit him on the head so he started peeing outside the box. That’s when I decided to return it. Customer service was helpful with my return and gave me the refund quickly.
