Poor quality merchandise and return are not what they say
This company if not a good company to deal with. Exchanges are just about zilch. The shipping is slow and the quality is poor. So glad I switched to SHEIN. The offer discount when you try to return which doesn’t eliminate the problem . I I appreciate your response but I still stand by my review. I have the opportunity to deal with a couple of other companies from China I must say they don’t have the same return policy as yours. They allow me to return my item FREE. You still can’t compete with SHEIN, Uoozee and XPlus wear. You should be ashame of your sorry excuse. Also ZEELOOL for my glasses. These are reliable and honest China companies to deal with. Remember I am entitled to to my opinion and express my negative experience also. Also TEMU has better return policy than yours
