Defective software, could not handled 1/2 the DVDs I tried ripping
Tried ripping a dozen DVDs using WinXDVD, approx 1/2 could not be read by the application or the ripped file would be corrupted. Tried using a different application and everything worked perfectly. They honoured their 30-day refund guarantee, since the product did not work great for me.
