Very painful return process.
Very painful return process. I ordered an item on sale, it arrived 6 days later (on a weekend ) and did on fit properly, so I went to create a return, which said I had 4 working days to return the item, (I have never had such a small return window and am not entirely sure that this follows the Consumer Rights in the UK, online orders should have 14 days minimum). The return has a £5 fee, which is very expensive considering you have to print your own label. There is no alternative options only UPS as a provider. The addresses for UPS drops off were all wrong and misaligned, so it was hard to find the correct shop. Then once I arrived they said they only accept UPS delivery midweek, which contradicted UPS website which said they were open. I am unlikely to order anything again from Farm Rio due to the unpleasant and unnecessary difficult returns process.
