Excellent customer support
Onset was out of stock on a certain logger and therefore they offered an upgraded version with discount code. After receiving the PO, they didn't honor that same discount code. Once the order was placed, it still took them more than a month to ship the order. UPDATE: Onset's customer service reached out to me immediately after my initial review. They explained the circumstances and offered a solution to make this transaction right. I greatly appreciate this gesture of great customer support. This company really cares about its products and its customers! Thank you Onset.
