I recently purchased a bundle deal from this website, getting two bikes—one for myself and one for my dad. My dad has some knee issues, so I thought the S3 step-through model would be perfect for him, and I got the H3 for myself. There was a small hiccup with the order; they initially only shipped one bike due to a system error that didn’t sync the order for two bikes. However, their customer service team was very apologetic and quickly sent out the second bike along with a complimentary phone mount, which was a nice touch. The customer service was great, though some of their emails ended up in my spam folder, so keep an eye out for that. Overall, I’m very happy with both bikes and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable ride!
