One of the best customer support experiences I’ve had. I initially phoned in and we quickly moved over to WhatsApp where I was provided with clear instructions and images to try to resolve my problem. In the end I needed replacement parts and this was all dealt with really well. Lingxuan was the representative who helped me, he was very knowledgeable, super patient and very polite. Big thanks!!!
