I've been a customer for years but never had any problems until recently with a wrong item being received on my last order. Most recently I ordered a pair of boots from Look Again and they are too small. However, the packing slip says they are from Freemans and to use their website to return. I've tried this and it says I have to call to arrange a return which seems to me like they are just trying to make it as hard as possible to return things. I'm not happy as this was not stated at the time of ordering and I will not be using Look Again any more.
