Photo gift received was poor quality
Photo gift received was poor quality. 20 pictures were stated to be included in the personalisation, only half were clear . The rest bury. After back and forth, stating that the quality of photos supplied were of perfessional quality, they said please understand it happens. This is NOT good enough. False advertising of 20pics . Very unhappy with quality and service. Asked to get this remade and rhey said no.
